Collecting money from our customers can get awkward sometimes.
It’s not always easy to talk about money with others, especially when the other person is your customer and they owe you money. You don’t want to offend them, and you definitely want to keep your relationship in good standing!
My philosophy is to make it really easy and obvious for customers to pay you immediately after they receive an invoice from you. And when you do have to send out those reminders- finding a way to be polite and respectful while still getting the point across.
