All email messages and phone calls are included, but if we have to do extra analysis or research to give you solid advice, that'll be billed separately. Responses can be expected within 1-2 business days

Monthly Bookkeeping Meetings

You and your account manager will coordinate a regular meeting time each month to discuss your bookkeeping. This is a time to discuss anything you’d like with us including your financials, workflow concerns, software questions, or a general sounding board for decisions you’re noodling.

Service Descriptions

  • We will record transactions to the general ledger, maintain bank feeds, and apply payments to accounts receivable or payable. Our workload is directly affected by your transaction volume. The project scope and respective investment will be reviewed every six months to make sure the value we provide is in line with your needs.

  • We will fetch monthly statements either from you or your bank and reconcile your bank, credit card, & loan accounts. Our workload is directly affected by your number of accounts. The project scope and respective investment will be reviewed every six months to make sure the value we provide is in line with your needs.

  • We believe in efficiency and systems, so we're passionate about setting all of our clients up on QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping. We pay the subscription fee as long as you work with us. If we part ways, we'll transfer ownership of it to you.

    *Only available for new software accounts opened by us.

  • We will gather all the things to support your business deductions: receipts, bills, invoices, etc. Generally, you gotta keep all that for 3 years anyway. We attach all these supporting documents to their corresponding transaction inside QuickBooks OnlineItem description

  • Those loose-page receipts can get unruly, and let’s be honest, no one likes to digitize them. We partner with Shoeboxed to assist us with this process. Throughout the month you’ll send off your docs in their Magic Envelopes and they scan it all. You can opt to have them send those docs back to you or shred ‘em. We pay the subscription fee as long as you work with us. If we part ways, we'll transfer ownership of it to you.

  • Each month we will prepare a PDF report of your Income Statement (aka Profit & Loss), Cash Flow Statement, Balance Sheet, Accounts Receivable Summary, and Accounts Payable Summary. Plus we will record a 5-minute video explaining your performance & financial health.

  • We’ll help you design two financial reports for further insight into your business performance. We will include these custom reports with your standard monthly financials PDF report.

  • We will create a PDF report with graphical financial summaries, professional analysis of your financial performance, and financial recommendations.

  • If there is a report you like that you want to see more often, or you want a deeper dive than your monthly financial reports provide, or you want to look at something in a completely different way, we will provide you with the PDF you need. Up to two requests per month. For same-day delivery, we will ask for a small expedite fee

  • You and your account manager will coordinate a regular meeting time each month to discuss your bookkeeping. This is a time to discuss anything you’d like with us including your financials, workflow concerns, software questions, or a general sounding board for decisions you’re noodling. Appointments are offered in the third and fourth weeks of each month to discuss the previous month - this allows us plenty of time to coordinate with each other to complete your bookkeeping projects before the appointment.

  • We prioritize responses for our Premium Bookkeeping Service clients first, then in the order of timing when the communication is received by us. Priority responses can be expected within 6 business hours.
